How much is shipping?
Australia: $10
New Zealand: $10
United States: $15
Canada: $15
United Kingdom: $20
Rest of the World: $20

The above prices are flat rate based.

How long will shipping take?
We ship orders within 48 hours. Transit time varies. Please find an approximate time frame below.

Australia: 3 to 5 days.
International: 10 to 30 days.

Do you provide a tracking number? 
No - although we can provide you a tracking number at an additional cost. Please include a note on your transaction if you wish to acquire a tracking number.

I haven't received my order!
Please check with your local post office in case they are holding your package.
Please also email us and we will check if your package has been rejected and returned back to us. Please be aware and understand that delays do occur even in this modern age - just like when airport luggage goes walk-a-bout.

Do you offer refunds?
Please, please consider your choice before submitting your order. We take great pride in ensuring that we only provide quality products. Our small team personally checks each item for any defects before sending. We are unable to refund orders at this current time.
